Account Control

Delete Account

You can delete your Fired account from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open Fired.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account and choose Delete Account & Data.
  4. Confirm deletion.

This deletes your account, your saved birth details, the subjects you added, your generated readings and narration records, and content reports you submitted from active backend systems. The success confirmation is not held up by RevenueCat: purchase-processor customer cleanup continues privately on the backend if RevenueCat is temporarily unavailable.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support from the address used with your account and use the subject "Fired Data Deletion Request".

What is deleted

  • Your authentication account.
  • Your birth details and the birth details of subjects you added.
  • Generated reading jobs linked to your account.
  • Generated narration files linked to your account.
  • Content reports submitted from your account.

In-app deletion removes these records before Fired confirms success. Email-assisted deletion requests are completed within 30 days after the request is verified.

What may be retained

Store purchase records may remain with Apple or RevenueCat where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Fired retains keyed one-way fingerprints of consumed App Store transaction identifiers for the operational life of the product, solely to prevent the same one-time purchase from being redeemed twice. Those fingerprints contain no account ID, raw transaction identifier, birth data, profile data, reading, or narration.

To finish deleting the corresponding RevenueCat customer without delaying account deletion, Fired temporarily queues the same random account UUID used by RevenueCat. The queue contains no email, birth data, profile, dossier, narration, receipt, transaction identifier, or provider response. It cannot run while the Fired authentication account still exists, retries if the processor is unavailable, and is erased when RevenueCat accepts or completes cleanup, or reports that no customer remains. If Fired deletion fails and the account remains active, the unused prepared UUID becomes eligible for removal after 24 hours and is discarded when the cleanup worker next runs; the RevenueCat customer is not deleted.

Basic operational logs may be retained for limited, provider-dependent periods for security and troubleshooting. They expire or are rotated under the relevant provider and service-plan configuration; the exact period varies by service.

Other privacy choices

To prevent new dossier data from being sent to AI or speech providers without deleting your account, open Settings > AI Data Permission and choose Withdraw AI Permission. You can grant permission again later.

For access, correction, portability, restriction, or objection requests, email support@work-compatibility-astro.help from the address used with your account.

If you used Sign in with Apple

Deleting Fired does not automatically revoke Apple's separate authorization, because Fired does not retain the Apple credential required to do that. After deleting your Fired account, open Settings, tap [your name], tap Sign in with Apple, select Fired, tap Delete, and confirm. Apple's current steps are available at Manage your apps with Sign in with Apple.

Once deletion is completed, dossiers are removed from Fired's active systems and cannot be restored in the app.
